Access the Proposal outline
- At the top of the left menu, click on 'Outline 'tab.
2. The complete outline of your document/master is displayed.
3. The levels are displayed automatically and the required level is highlighted in purple.
Move elements within Proposal Outline
- Click on the section you want to move, this is highlighted.
- Click on the 'Move' icon
to the right of the title.
- A purple border indicates where you can move the selected part.
- Click on 'Move here' to confirm the move.
- Your section has now been moved.
For example, here we moved the chapter 'Key points of the project' to come before the chapter 'More about us'. All subchapters, topics and paragraphs under the chapter are moved at the same time.
6. Click on 'Content' in the left-hand menu to return to your document's text editior.
NB:
- Moving a level carries with it all the levels that depend on it.
- A title can only be moved before or after a title of the same level (a chapter can only be moved before or after another chapter).
- The creation of new titles and the modification of a title's level are carried out in the word processor.
- In the outline mode, it is not possible to undo the last action performed. Saving is automatic.
- The table of contents of your document/master is updated automatically. The left-hand map of your word processor also updates automatically.
