- Open your Master by clicking on the 'Masters' icon on the right panel of your homepage.
- Open the Questionnaire by clicking on
- Click the response covered by a merge field, open the 'Merge fields'.
- To modify it, you type directly in the fields displayed.
- To create a new field, click on '+New merge field'.
- For each merge field you must:

- Enter a prompt text, which will be displayed in the form.

- Define whether the field is required or not. Click here to view the full article: 'How to make a merge field required?'
Note: Remember to save your changes by clicking the 'Save' button in the left-hand column when taking any action in the MCQ.
