You can make a merge field required; this mean that users will have to fill in the field in order to continue. Required fields in a form or questionnaire are identified by a red asterisk.
In the folder form
- Click on the “Merge fields” icon on the left-hand panel of your home page
- Open the category concerned, then open the field you would like to make required, tick the box 'Yes' under MANDATORY
- Click on 'Save' to confirm.
In the questionnaire
- Open your master.
- On the left menu, click
- Click the response covered by a merge field, open the 'Merge fields' menu.
- Select the merge field you would like to make required, open its features and tick the box 'Yes'
- Click on 'Confirm'.
