You must be a 'Supervisor' to access the supervision.
To supervise user activity:
- In the left panel of the home page, click on the icon

- Select 'Author activity' in the first dropdown list.
- Select the group whose activity you want to monitor.
- Select the period of time you want to analyze :
- For a single period of time, you select the period on the first line only 'Period 1 from' (Use the calendar to set the start and end dates for the period).
- To compare 2 periods of time, select the 2 comparison periods on the two lines 'Period 1 from' and 'Period 2 from' (Use the calendar to set the start and end dates for the period)
- You can also select a pre-set period of time from the dropdown list.
- Click 'Show results'.
- A table will appear with all the users and the number of documents created by each user.
For example, here, we want to compare use since the beginning of the year on all Xait groups and subgroups.
NB: The results take into account all the documents generated by users, whether or not they are completed (including XX). Archived documents are included in the calculation.
