Introduction to instructions
- Instructions concern content in the word processor.
- They allow you to provide further information or make recommendations to users.
- Your administrator sets the parameters for them in the master.
- They are only visible on the screen and are not exported in your PDF document.
Show instructions
The instructions are displayed by default, on the right column, at the opening of the document / Master. To hide them, or display them again :
- Click on the icon
to access the display options. Check the option "Show instructions". They are indicated by the icon
. Simply hover over the icon to see them.
- Select 'Instructions' from the drop-down list that appears when you click on the icon
in the right-hand column.
When you select one of them, the edition tab opens the content concerned by the instruction.
