Export in html format
It is possible to extract the full text content of a master or document, if you wish to use it in another format, for example.
- Open your master or document.
- In the left-hand menu, click on
- The different sections of your document are displayed. A notebook corresponds to a PDF file.
- Click on the raw file name represented by the icon
to open it. It opens in a new tab of your browser.
NB: Only the text and images are included in the html export, without formatting. Only the first page of the PDF attachments is displayed.
Only the merge codes are included in the html export, the fields are not merged.
Transform the raw content into a Word document
- Right click on the raw content
- Select "Save As" to save the web page on your computer.
- Open the file on your computer with Word.
- The text and images from your proposal are included in your Word document.
