Introduction to non-editable content
Content can be defined as "non-editable" at the time of registration in the knowledge base. This attribute can only be applied to text content (sections, chapters, sub-chapters, etc.).
This means that the content cannot be changed when it is included in documents/masters. Otherwise it can be used with the same functionalities as all KB registred content (shared between multiple masters/documents, tags, validity dates etc.).
⨻ Please note: once this feature has been assigned to a content item, it is not possible to go back and redefine it as "modifiable".

To define content as non-editable, you must have the role of "Knowledge base manager" for content saved in groups, or the "Redactor" role for content saved in your personal space:
- Select the content you wish like to upload to the knowledge base.
