To move one or more merge fields from one category to another, follow these steps:
- Click on the 'Merge Fields' icon in the left panel on your homepage.
- The administration page for merge fields is displayed.
- Select the category that contains the merge field(s) you want to move from the left column.
- To select a field, tick the checkbox
on the left of its name.
To select all fields in a category, tick the box to the left of the "Help text" column header. - Click on the "Multiple Actions" icon
at the top right to display the different actions available.
- Click on "Move" and a pop-will appear.
- Select a category from the drop-down list to move the field(s) to it.
You can also create a new category using the dedicated field below : enter a name and click on "+ New category". - Click "Confirm".
- The fields have been successfully moved.
