With full write permissions
You have full write access to a document/master if it belongs to your group and if you have the right roles (‘redactor’ to modify documents, ‘content-manager’ to modify masters). This gives you the ability to perform all possible actions (see the full article here: ‘Using the left-hand column’).
To start working on a task :
- Open the document/master in which you’ve been assigned a task (see the full article here: 'How to Track Collaborative Tasks?')
- Access the section assigned to you.
- Make your changes in the word processor (see the full article here: 'Introduction to the word processor')
- Once you’ve completed your task, click on:
- the 'Done' button in the right-hand column if it’s a contribution task;
- the 'Reject' or 'Confirm' button if it's a validation task.
- The task then disappears from the pane on the left (‘handshake’).
Note: Even if you have access to all functionalities, we recommend you focus only on your task.
