From the home page
- On the homepage, the "Tasks in progress" section displays all unfinished tasks through two separate tabs.
- Tasks assigned to you
- Tasks you have assigned
- At the top right of the tab, click "All Tasks" to open the full task list. The following information are visible:
- Task title
- Instructions
- Applicants's name
- Task type
- Due date
- Status
- Document name
- By default, completed tasks are hidden. You can display them by checking the "Show completed tasks" box.
- You can access tasks within documents by clicking on their title.
- Click "Back" to return to the homepage.
From the document

Click "Track Tasks" in the left-hand menu.

For each open task related to this document/master, the list displays the following information:

Task due date
-
Task status
-
Recipient
-
Task type (contribution or validation)

Assigned section

Click on the row corresponding to a specific task to display the following additional details:

A shortcut "Link to the assigned section"

The task’s creation date and author
-
The instructions provided by the task’s author

Note: By default, the task list only displays open tasks, i.e., tasks with the status "created," "on hold," or "in progress."
The "Show completed tasks" button allows you to view closed tasks (with the status: "cancelled," "completed," "approved," or "rejected").
