You must have the Content Manager role to manage the Toolbox section on your organisation's homepage.
On the right-hand panel of the homepage, locate the Toolbox section, which contains three tabs:

Supports
Tools
Updating the Supports Tools Tab
In the Toolbox section, click on the Supports tab.
Click the edit icon
. The toolbox editing modal will open.
Click the Supports button.
Enter the text you wish to display in this tab. You can include lists, tables, links, etc.
Click Confirm to save your input.
Updating the Tools Tab
In the Toolbox section, click on the Tools tab.
Click the edit icon
. The toolbox editing modal will open.
Click the Tools button.
To add a new tool:
Insert an illustration.
Enter the tool's URL link.
Provide a brief description of the tool.
Click Add the tool to confirm.
You can reorganize the list of tools:
Move up / Move down / Delete a tool
.
Click Confirm to save your changes.
Note : When an update is made, a raspberry-colored star appears to the right of the affected tabs to indicate the change.
