This article concerns the XaitRFI product from XaitProposal. Check with your administrator that you have subscribed to this product.
You must have the 'Knowledge base manager' role to manage content stored in the knowledge base (excluding personal space).
- Access the knowledge base by clicking on the
button at the top of the home page.
- In the filters at the top of the page, select the 'RFI' filter to view only content capitalized from an Excel questionnaire.
3. Your KB displays all the capitalized responses.
4. To view the content, click on the button. In the right-hand column, the qualifications of your response are displayed, along with the associated question. The title and description are automatic; we advise you not to change them, as they enable a 'plain text' search of all the terms used in the response.
5. You can:

- Define the tags
- Modify the group
- Define a manager and a validity date
- Create a new version and publish it
- Archive a response, so that it will not be proposed again in future questionnaires.
