Change your password on the login page
- On the login page, click on 'Forgot your password?'.
- Enter your email and complete the reCAPTCHA, then click on 'Reset password'.
- You will receive an email with a link to the reset password page.
- Choose a new password, then click on 'Change password'.
Change your password from your profile page
- Login to XaitProposal.
- At the bottom left of the home page, click on your username to open your profile.
- Enter your new password in the 'Change the password' field.
- Enter your password a second time to confirm it
- Click on 'Update' to confirm your new password.
Creating a secure password
To be valid, your password must be at least moderately secure and meet one of these conditions:
- Be at least 10 characters long and include one capital and one lower case letter, a special character and a number.
- Be at least 16 characters long.
To keep your passwords secure, we also recommend you follow these rules:
- Use a different password for each account.
- Do not use personal information in your passwords.
- Keep your passwords in a secure place.
Tip
- After 5 attempts to login with an incorrect login or password, your account will be blocked. You will need to contact your manager to unblock your account.
