Change your password on the login page

1. On the login page, click on 'Forgot your password?'. 
2. Enter your email and complete the reCAPTCHA, then click on 'Reset password'.
   
    
3. You will receive an email with a link to the reset password page.
4. Choose a new password, then click on 'Change password'.
   

Change your password from your profile page

1. Login to XaitProposal.
2. At the bottom left of the home page, click on your username to open your profile.
3. Enter your new password in the 'Change the password' field.
4. Enter your password a second time to confirm it
5. Click on 'Update' to confirm your new password.

Creating a secure password 

To be valid, your password must be at least moderately secure and meet one of these conditions:

• Be at least 10 characters long and include one capital and one lower case letter, a special character and a number.
• Be at least 16 characters long.

To keep your passwords secure, we also recommend you follow these rules:

• Use a different password for each account.
• Do not use personal information in your passwords.
• Keep your passwords in a secure place.

Tip 
 

• After 5 attempts to login with an incorrect login or password, your account will be blocked. You will need to contact your manager to unblock your account.
