You must have the 'Account manager' profile to work on the user accounts of your member groups.
- On the left-hand panel of the home page, click on the 'Accounts' icon.
- On the account organisation page, search for the account of the person for whom you want to activate the module. In the ‘Products’ field, select 'Web'.
- Click on 'Save' to activate the Web product.
NB:
- The Web product can be activated per user account.
- If you have not activated the Web product for a user:
- They will see the microsites created in their folder list in grey (unclickable)
- They will not be able to use a web master or view the microsites created in their groups.
