On opening the microsite / master web
When you open a microsite for which updates are available, the 'Update media' window appears:
- Click on 'Remind me later' if you don't want to update anything yet. The window will reappear the next time the document is loaded.
- Click on 'Update all' if you wish to retrieve all the updates, without checking the details.
- Click on 'See details' if you wish to access the list of available updates. This will then appear in the right-hand column. Click on the item you wish to update to display it in the word processor.
In a microsite being edited
When part of a microsite corresponds to content in the knowledge base, a tick is displayed to the right of it, covering the entire height:
The icon at the top right of the element indicates whether or not the content is up to date.
If a new version is available in the knowledge base, the item displays the icon 
- View in the knowledge base: allows you to view the content directly in the knowledge base.
- Compare with latest version: displays the differences between the current version and the available update.
- Ignore this update: allows you to ignore the update currently available, but future updates will be offered. If you change your mind, the update can be retrieved manually via the 'Update' option.
- Ignore this and future updates: ignores updates to this content until further notice. Updates will no longer be offered but can still be retrieved manually via the 'Update' option.
- Update: replaces the current version with the latest available version of the knowledge base.
You can also display a list of all available updates directly using the 'Updates' option in the 'List' mode in the right-hand column:
