Comments can be used to annotate a master Web / microsite, or to question a user in the same group.
Comments are only visible in the word processor of a microsite; they are not exported.
Creating a comment
- In the left-hand column, click on the level to which you wish to add a comment.
- To the right of the title, click on the 'Actions' button and then on 'Add a comment'.
- Enter your comment in the comment box. You can:
- Ask a colleague who is part of your group to add a comment by putting a + in front of their email address. They will then receive a link by email to access this section.
- Create a message for a reminder/note that will be displayed on the side of this section.
- Then click on 'Publish' to validate the comment. The 'Comment'
icon is positioned to the right of the level concerned.
Display comments
- Select 'Comments' from the drop-down list by clicking in the right-hand column.
- Their presence is indicated by the 'Comment' icon
. Simply hover over the icon to display the comment.
By clicking on a comment, the word processor moves directly to the content concerned by the comment.
NB:
- Only people in your group who have access to XaitWebProposal can be contacted via the '+' button on the comment. For other people, you will need to use the collaborative module.
- You can delete your own comments by clicking on 'Delete' under the comment. It is not possible to delete a comment for which you are not the author.
